Your meeting time as a group is probably the most important time of your retreat. That's why we take extra care to make sure your space is setup exactly how you want it. We will setup your meeting space even before you arrive, so that you can focus on spending more time on your event than you do on the setup. All of our meeting spaces have modern amenities and resources available for you to rent or use.

Chapel Auditorium. Our chapel can hold groups of 100 to 400. These meeting spaces are equipped with mounted LCD projectors, excellent sound systems and all the fixings (mics, monitors, stands, cables, etc), and lighting. We can set this area with chairs, tables, and we can make it bigger or smaller to fit the size of your group. |
 Bankson Lodge Meeting Room. Our Lodge meeting room has a mounted projector, sound system, whiteboard, and everything you need to run a meeting for a group of 50-100. If you're staying in Bankson Lodge, it's the perfect place for your group to connect. |
 Medium Sized Group Spaces. We have several spaces that can hold groups of 50-100. These spaces can be setup however you like and we have portable projectors and sound systems that can be used for your group.

 Small Group Spaces. Small groups are intimate and important. That's why we have several spaces that are perfect for these groups. Whether you're at a conference table or sitting in a circle of chairs, these spaces are perfect for groups of 10 or less up to 40. You will have free coffee provided and a great atmosphere for any training, meetings, or brainstorming you might be doing as a group. |
