Grade School 2 - Monday Evening ()

Sheri Byrne & Stephanie Farris, July 26, 2010
Part of the Summer Camp - Grade School 2 series, preached at a Monday Evening service

If we had to carry around a bag of rocks that represent the sin in our life, that would keep us from fully enjoying life and being who God wants us to be. But because God loves us so much we have been selected to receive his mercy and forgiveness, and when we allow ourselves to receive that we are saved from an empty and unhappy life. So instead of carrying the weight of sin, or trying to hide them from God, we just need to tell God what we did wrong, ask for his forgiveness and He will freely give that.
